Hi there! I'm Dave Thompson, and I'm the proud owner of TFP customs. I've been painting cars and playing guitars for most of my life, so it's only natural my two skills combine into one rockin' business. I had some leftover paint one day in my shop, and I decided to paint an old guitar that was laying around. When I was finished, I took it by my buddy's guitar teaching studio. He was enthused about the results, and suggested that I show it to one of his clients who was just walking in the door. I got commissioned on the spot to paint his guitar. It turned out great. I decided to paint a few more, and well, here I am many hours and cans of paint later.

Like I said before, I'm a guitar player, and I love how cool a quality paint job looks on a rock 'n roll machine. However, paint makes anything look like a million bucks, so why stop at guitars? I also custom paint drum sets, mailboxes, wall art, and anything you want. The “customs” part of my name is inclusive. If you want it painted, I'll paint it, and it'll look great, guaranteed.
